Hearing the usual conversation at the day to day lives at my Office and from the words from people at Politics we met...there is only to hear so much of selfishness...

How to outsmart the Government, How to gain the position next year,How to maintain the position and outsmart the rivals and what are the other loop holes to move things to gain the most...

I am reading the Book of the Nobel prize winner for peace 2006 Creating A World Without Poverty by MUHAMMAD YUNUS.

Its all about helping the poor, His new system of social business is a real deviation to the system of a capitalistic business model. His fight against the norm of importance of woman on the economy. I am inspired by the stories written in this book. The great effect of Grameen Bank which allow the poor and the poorest of the poor to borrow. The system for me was so simple that it creates complication to what I am informed banking and business was. Businesses that is owned and run by poor people....

This system developed by Prof. YUNUS is giving not just fish to its people but giving them the system and the HOW TO give themselves fishes.

My plan is to be one of those who will study from his system and brought it here.

And why do Sulpicio Lines have to Close its doors to the complains of the relatives of those who died from its wreckage?

Maybe its another big question...

A Shipping Company that can only break its own record from its accidents and the most number of deaths!

Everyday another body is discovered...
Families that are buried in so much burden...

Seeking for some refuge, In complete denial and continuously begging for more miracle...

As said by its lawyer "I was never the fault of Sulpicio its An Act of God!"
Well, is it really an act of God? Why?

How can we do things with so much negligence on our part that when Accidents happened or when things occur out of our plans. We tend to make God an excuse!?
We create an excellent or foolish excuse of creating a good escape goat!
How can we do this?
How can we Point our finger to something that we don't understand, just to protect ourselves from the condemnation of others?
To what extent will it goes?

What Lessons can we get from this event?
Is it for the Sulpicio?
Or for the Filipinos as a Whole?

May be it is another Reminder for us...
That HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF!!!
It will always repeat itself as long as We never learned its Lessons...

That those who never receives the lessons of History are bound to repeat it...

the corrupt system

Back in College I am very vocal against corruption.
I and most of the people I associated were in the same level of opposition...
It was the usual topic of the time...

But now in the world outside College, there were a lot of things about corruption that is being presented on my very eyes...
How badly things had been today!
The System had been so strong and deeply embedded in some of our government agencies.
The people behind the System had been very well equipped and well fed to continue its life.

How can this be change?
I doubt if there are any solution to end this.
It was so strong and powerful that all those who go against it are doomed!
There were Career,Positions,Businesses and even life that had been lost and are currently at stake.

I am a very optimistic person and still Hope for a better less corrupt World.
But, it seems that there are no way out...
The older ones that mastered its craft have enough influence to lure and trap the younger ones to do the same!
It is an Epidemic.

It range from a small time operation to a large scale country wide or even world wide network.
We may never know...But, it is a real possibility...

At the end we were left with limited choices...
To be a part of the system?
To go against it?
To completely burry it in apathy?

Success has a good enough relation in choosing on these choices.

To thrive in this country,
Control Power,
Create Wealth,
and mentain Riches.
This is one thing you have to create a good Deal of Strategy...

JCF...?
Ive just watched the episode of Mike Enriquez... The show is mostly about the violation of people against another...the actions and exposures of the modus operandi of criminals and law violations.
The last topic was about the JCF( Jesus Christ Followers).
I don't know if the purpose of the show was meant to expose something or condemn the individuals...
The interview and the presentation of the documentary was very Sarcastic!
What I get from the presentation was that the JFC members and their students are a whole bunch of fools.
The only complain that the show is conveying was the JFC's lack of education permits to the DEPED! And the way they teach their students which is hands on...
The people they interviewed were all speaking in English which is not a sigh of bad education and poor learning,well they speak fluently...
I don't see anything wrong with the way they teach these peoples.
If their problem is working after school, I think the students can create a good business with their hands on sales training.
And they speak better English than the miss Philippines contestant and were chosen as the winner, hosted by the same T.V. Network that Mr. Enriquez is very very proud of.
And when the JFC owner talks about the DEPED system as being a garbage...?
I can agree with it...It was even the awarded as most corrupt government institution for many times.
There were a lot who graduated with this system of DEPED that end up into ignorance.
Into poverty and is creating so much trouble to the country....
I can't blame the JFC individuals who goes beyond the current system...I can even congratulate them for being strong enough to do something...on what they believe is right.
Well continue JFC.

Looking at my email I've seen messages from an old friend, a massage commonly spoken by political activists, talking about the foul government and corruption....it was long, I just browse the mail and delete it. I decided not to reply... I don't know how he made the contact but I know they are best on the subject, even gaining information available only to school administration back in college suddenly became known to all, and I have the idea who's behind it.

Now, Hes maybe an expert targeting the government or other bigger entities. He's always talking about CHANGE and THE WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE. Always ready to see, hear and voice their opposition to just about anything that they think are not right. Always dreaming for a perfect society and in absolute belief that what they do will result an impact to the minds and life people, however small it is...Once you oppose them, then ready yourself to a debate full of important points and possibilities, then you will come up with a statement "yes, you have the point...but why is not supported by many? or the government? or the movers and shakers of the economy?" then hear another long litany of blaming ...WITH REGARDS TO government,capitalist,education,countries....and so on....

These makes me ask " how can they live a good Life without seeing the good sides of it? Do they vow to cynicism? How can they define joy? What will happen to the thought pattern of their children? Can they still be change? Are they giving the world a good contribution doing these? Or are the one who oppose them is being viewed as the true cynics? I really want to look on their minds and see how they maintain enthusiasm and momentum that looks never ending. I am sure they have good stories to tell...

Ignorance for Peace

Ive been away for few Days, looking for solitude, its Lent... I decided not to use a Computer, read Newspaper, Watch TV, use Cellphone or anything that reminds me of a Busy Life...

At first you felt left behind. What is happening to the world? you kept on asking yourself. Few days later? your getting used to it! Being detached to the world, and its problems, being out of Reach, being Unaware of What is Happening,Unaware of the Latest and the Current events....

This Can bring in Peace.

You will be presented with the realization that you are the one who creates complications and negative thoughts and events on your Life. When entertained and accepted them as part of your reality and cravings, is where complications starts.When accepted as Normal part of life and a common daily events, is where more complication continues.

Being detached to the world events, problems and news,can really bring in Peace, can make better decisions, can create better plans....

So being ignorant can be also a form of Intelligence, its only a matter of what to feed your Mind and What to Brand OFF Limits!

Most of my friends are resigning from their Job at this time...
And I am almost tempted to Do the same...
The most Famous reason is the salary...

Salary...
And a minimum Salary...
And Salary that is being justified as not enough!

I am also into this, I also feel the same way...
Sometimes...

The most reason I hear, aside from Salary,
is the War between employees,
the stupid bosses, supervisors, managers and so many others...

But I have to keep what I believe...
That I work Not to Earn but to Learn...
To Learn how to become effective on Business after gaining those important Wisdoms.

To Adopt what is best and Discard what is not
To Learn the lesson together with your mentor...
To learn how to use the Connections in a proper way.
To learn the Right Moves and Attitudes..
To become a good mentor someday...

I know that I will always Be a Student on this field...
I know I am taking the right track...
I can sense more excitement in this...

Maybe I cant Explain this to them.
I know that they may not accept these thoughts.
But it will never be my problem.
Thoughts that cause me to be branded as being a Closed Minded...

I just wonder who is the real closed minded???

Lazy Busy

Is there something as laziness by becoming busy?

It all happened too often, You have an important meeting or task to attend to, or things that you know you must do. Sometimes you even plan it ahead...

But, suddenly you don't like doing things on that Day, instead you came up with the best excuses,you continue lying on the bed,watch TV,play video games....then you feel guilty,feeling unproductive. So you decided to clean the room then the whole house, saw the fallen branches then trim the entire tree after hours its a perfect circle! what an accomplishment! or some just do about anything to compensate. You retire the day tired, but you can't sleep thinking of the unfinished tasks...now you set another schedule and tell yourself that you dint make it because you are busy..! Lazy or Busy?

Fraternity system

Hearing a conversation at the next table at STARBUCKS... with those loud voices, you are bound to listen! An interesting topic," Fraternity and Sorority"!

One is asking what fraternity to join? One mentioned a Greek letter Frat. then voice his hesitation. A young female talks about a news years ago. The other talks about his brothers Frat. Another female also made her statement about the topic. They are serious with the topic.

The group engage in more talks concerning the topic. With more notions,more ideas and more stories brought. They talk for hours, and I listen for hours..hehehe..

I gather their conclusion... That Frat. is Brutal, A Disgrace, Immoral and others....so much for me to bear...Yes I heard some good side, but not to outweigh their cynical views. Most are negative words, doubt, fear and complains...

I am familiar with their topic. I am also a member back in College and still an active Alumni Member of my Fraternity. I might sound bias but my intention is not to make a defence.

I know their stories...Some true, but most were created by good authors to gather more emotions....About the hardship of joining? I know all of them...Yes,they are not easy...But, most of what I heared are just Exaggerations.

The truth? It was never easy to Join a good one, it was Hard,maybe because there is no something for nothing. And I join by my Will.

People ask Why? why it has to be that Hard?

Why? Because its the SYSTEM!

Its our SYSTEM!

Because it is the Fraternity SYSTEM!

It is the proven System of Accepting members.

The System of Creating Quality and Quantity of members.

The System that Maintains Honesty, Loyalty and Activeness of Members

The System is not easy to Explain unless you undergone the process.

The Word System had been the success of Great businesses, System that you must first buy before you can use its Success Formula. So with Fraternity System, Time,Patience,Determination and Service serves as payment.

Yes, there are those that run astray on the System but MOST live with its Principle.

It has been proven for Centuries.

Its the System behind the Fraternity that Maintain it.

I myself is amazed by the Power of this System, and very Glad I am a Part of It...

I wonder if our Government Is Based on this System?

Will they Be more LOYAL? HONEST? and VALUE their positions MOST?

Will they be more PRODUCTIVE? ACTIVE? SINCERE?

Will they be more CONCERNED?

Will they be Less CORRUPT?

If they are subjected to the hardship of joining Will they LOVE their Country MOST?

is this what is happening to my country right now and to my leaders?
are we left with a choice to choose not a good or best leader but is left with a choice to choose a lesser evil?
we are again facing leadership and moral issues...and everybody has something to say about the right moral and leadership standards..
but ,are these individuals who can define morality and leadership a practitioner of their own gospels?
or they themselves are suffering from a similar disorder?
people blame the leaders, the government, the system,the rich,the education,the circumstances and so on...
but who elect these individuals?
who gives them the power?

who composed the system?

We were out of town on these past few days.
As we went back home we were requested to pick up some vaccines for our friends pets.
Because the Vet. that carry the vaccines was also going on the same place from where we are, we offered him a ride.

It's been a nice chat with Dr.p, we've learned a lot about the newest trends in animal world.

Then He open the topic about a Famous Safari Farm.
A Safari that contains good amounts of animal collections.

One of the most interesting one He said is the endangered Palawan mouse Deer(the worlds smallest deer). He told us that the animals came directly from the wild because of the great connections of it's Chinese owners. It has more mortality of animals than the one exhibited alive.
There were also squirrel species that had been totally wiped out inside the Safari because of poor management.
Not only the Endangered animals suffer and died.
It also extend to goats(that animals died of kidney stones because of poor nutrition) and some other animals on the exhibit.

The nutrition is worst and the housing.
It was a Torture chamber for animals!
It was not a haven as what I saw in its promotional adds.
Its a ZoOSafari.... A purgatory of animals.

partnership debt

Is partnership only involved with profit sharing?
What if the Business failed...
And has debt to take good care of and needed to be paid...
Suppliers that are demanding for payments.
But the Business is gone for months and the owners cannot pay the remaing balances?
What should be the needed actions these partners should take?
Is it confined only to the managing partner or should be exteded to all the people responsible to the Business?
Although it was not legaly bounded, All I know is these debt should be coverred.
But should the payment of these debt be split and equally extended to all members of the partnership?

This is a Lesson to me.
A Lesson and a situation for me to solve right now.
Because I am one on the Partner.
A lesson about the importance of an open coversation and puting thing into Paper.
No matter who is the partner, Most importantly if they are close friends.
Because when the Business is lost the friedship may follow.

the argument,fear of influence

One of the lasting argument that my aunt and I were very focused about is the part of how my recommended book Rich Dad Poor Dad of Robert Kiyosaki is.
Shes so afraid of reading the book, from the fear that it may influence Her so much that it is beyond the belief of Her boyfriend and Family.
I really don"t understand How to explain things against those statements.
How can you convince somebody whose is afraid of the influence of a book might be on Her life?
This is funny but This argument is new to me.
How in the world did she anticipated that by just reading the book would turn her into a Zombie of its ideology?
Or maybe I over sell her of the greatness and the power of influence of this book taken from my own experiences to that of my friends and lot more others.
Is there a fear of being influence by a good book?
When we started talking I am even surprise of myself to answer some of Her arguments about having a job and pay raise to system to business.(although I do not apply most of it personally I just rely on my readings then I would sound like an expert?perhaps).
She told me that I am thinking differently From our meeting years ago.
Is the afraid of the changes that might happened?
Or shes afraid of the Truths that might arise and resentment against it would make her guilty?

It's been a nice chat with my Aunt yesterday...
I recommended Rich dad Poor dad to Her and I hope she also read and like it.

Its been a nice Day of sharing Experiences and Thoughts.

She's telling me about Her dream about having a Construction firm.
About Her traumatic and best experiences being The youngest Engineer on Her firm.

Her fear that all the thing she's doing right now might be the wrong things to do for success...
I saw her Fear and Worry.

I also share a similar worry of my own.
But I encourage her to pursue her plans.
That sooner it will be real.

It's a funny thing to do to put plans in paper.
Creating A Blue print to success.
Believing it will be done.

I believe she will.

At the end of this it is I who really gain the self realization of creating a concrete plan.

A good Finance Department

Today was my is First Time to process documents from PAGCOR ( for casino cards)
To Bureau of Finance.
I am really prepared of what to do to those who are waiting for some under-the-table transactions.
I am aware of it and had undergone some briefing...
I even practice it on my mind several times...
Where to put and what amounts..

I view them as monsters with gaping mouths ready to gulp every centavo from your pocket.
I hate them ever since College.
My activist mind is continuously reminding me.

But to my dismay it did not happened...
They seem to ignore me and just proceed and continuously processing my documents.
They seem to Do their Jobs the right way.
I even wait for the magic words...

But I am Wrong.
They are Right today.
They leave corruption on that time...

Or maybe I just look so naive?
Or I look as if I don't have Money?
Well A good day for me.

Why is it that we are sometimes surprise If the Government is doing it right?
Are we just used seeing them as always Wrong?

A very tiring day today...
I accompany my cousin at the Registration Commission.
Another busy Government Office.

We started at 9 in the morning.
He applied for Secondary Education Board Examination.
From the Application queue Alone People had been there Earlier hours than Us.
After an Hour the Situation Remains the same.
After Two Hours it gets even worsen...
After an Hour more It's Chaos...

Everybody wanted to be the first...
Some had created their own lines...
The single line becomes 4 to 5...

It was worst.

Whose fault was that?
I never saw any system to follow.
Even the arrows that would assist the applicants were incorrect..

One would say that the Application is on window 19, but nobody was attending the window.
The other windows are closed but you can all see the people inside!

There were 4 lines of applicants, fighting for a single window.
The worst of all is that we got our applications at 2p.m.
Application alone is 5 hours before you can get!

Stupid bureaucracy!
An agency without a system!
I never saw anybody who would want to fix it.
Both the applicants and the Government agency is but without discipline.

I myself had been one.
It was so hot.
The tension and temper is high and everybody is complaining.

Even how relax you are,
If you saw and had been on this situation.
You will feel what others feel.
And act like everybody is doing.

Who is to blame?

Social Epidemic

I've been reading the book of Malcolm Gladwell, The Tipping Point. I'm on the middle...
It talks about the laws of epidemics...Things that have of no significance, obsolete or human behavior about crime,disease and peoples response towards products,T.V. shows and advertisements are undergoing the law of epidemics....Things that are almost gone are suddenly becoming common and things that are widely accepted becomes forgotten...it says that people react not by some powerful pesuation or marketing but by what the other people or the common is doing.Like an Epidemic

Maybe the book is true...Once Filipinos are very political...
The EDSA power revolutions are a Living Reminders to everyone embeden in its memories...
A simple Issue can go burn like a fire overnight, Creating History...Like what happened at the EDSA 2, I've been there myself...People tend to participate at the calls of Revolution...
Driven by powerful individuals or driven by the crowd themselves?
People flock on the streets giving support against those whom they called corrupt...

But not Today.
Do people Left those ideas? Do the left their hatred to corruption? are they tired?
Or maybe it is driven by today's EPIDEMIC of apathy toward those issues(political)?
They and the general majority are driven not really by the issues and political figures or powerful individual, but by Epidemic?
A form of social epidemics...that like a disease, undergoes dormancy or even complete healing?

The one that calls for a new revolutions are the same individuals the calls the past history of revolt.
The same people in power are calling for revolt, against issues and people who commited the same form of corruptions which has even increase in values(by the billion), although allegedly inflicted are enough to set emotions to set on fire?

Maybe it was only driven by the Epidemic as defined by Gladwell...
And Lucky for today Government because the Epidemic today is apathy..
But what about next Time?

I cannot belive that one of our shipment woul go national. I mean be published and covered by the big media group. The anti smuggling commite questioned the papers and the entire transaction!
Many were accused, most are in fear of the Governmets retaliation...
But my boss without any fear...
Why?
because of all the persons involved He is the only one who can never be convicted of any!
Of any!
Why?
Because He never signed any important documents...
Thats one of the rule!
Never SIGN any document that may look suspecting at first.
Just be sure of the exit strategy!

Things are not going as expected today. The shipment although successfully arrives was hoked by some good government people! as in Good God still let them live!
So much bureaucracy an unnecessary permits and people to deal with! most are just creating positions just to make sure the government funds is drain to zero,until the next budget season! I don't expect this to come to us but were hopeful this will turn out well. I really want to do something or even to took some share on its resolution but, I am new to this...I am just an apprentice...Maybe next time I can be in this situation with similarity as this...And on that time, maybe I am prepared...I'll just look at the situation right now and try to understand the events...I know that my Mentor can resolve all of these...

Its been a week without updating my blog...
The job is not on the steady pace, We are on a start up.

I've been on work for some days...Its going well, We are on a start up stage and still looking for more clients...

Last night we went to a mall to have some dinner. After the heavy meal, we took our dessert. The choice of coarse is Dairy Queen, Our most favorite ice cream store...
Me and my partner took our order we just order 2 pieces...2 orders of mud pie....

After some few minutes...
our order arrives...

We are shock to see 3 huge mud pies!

I am aware that the cashier knows that are only 2.
And I never ordered 3.
I almost shout to the cashier, but thanks to the book of Dale Carnegie that I am reading now, that It made me relax, and took my temper in check....

I only promise to my self, that It was my last order from DAIRY QUEEN.

Sometimes it is not the product that keep the customer from coming But the persons selling the products!

I don't know so much about AL GORE but he deliver it great.
Everybody watching got the message. He deliver it with heart.

Jobless night

Its not easy to sleep tonight. We are into searching for a job, particularly in

Sales. We've just made contacts to possible employers...I am very hopeful that our connection still works.

We want to overcome this lack of self confidence and shyness. I want to develop my sales skills. I want to apply the word of Zig Ziglar and most of the sales guru into action.

Still our plan of creating our own corporation is still on. This is just one on the way to its completion. Our business plan is on its Embryonic stage, but still, it will hatch as a very good business.

So help Us GOD.

Were now watching a documentary about global warming effect in the Philippines.

An area on one of its province in La Onion, once 30 hectares but now its only 3! Every thing was eaten by water. Insects that was once absent on one place but now they swarm the area. The stupid thing is, they carry diseases like malaria, dengue...Also the plans that once grows steadily but now the growth is altered. There were also places which are now under water... There were a lot of stories. Stories that is enough for a person who understand that the threat is not a threat anymore but an event we are currently experiencing.

Its so sad that although we know this kinds of events to come, we try to forget it. We became very apathetic about these things. We even call those people who tries to warn us Cynics. Some of us are aware but we seem to justify our consumptions of almost anything,from the food we eat,to the energy we consume,to the waste we put on our planet...

I am a witness to these, our summer sun burns today and suddenly a typhoon arrives more powerful than a monsoon rains...Is this a pre-view of the events to come?

I saw the documentary of NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC, 6 degrees could change the world and its was like watching a horror movie. I can sense that unless we change, those evens will really be true. But its not too late to contribute help for the survival of the planet. There's nothing wrong helping our world to ease some burden we inflicted.

Most of these green gas pollutants are from First world countries and industrialized nations, but the poorer countries specially those in the third worlds are the one that experience most of the effect. Its so unfair as one of the newspaper stated" that those who create the burden never suffers or suffer less, but those who has nothing to do with it, or at least the one who did lesser cause of burden, Suffers a lot".

But the world is not like that, nobody will expect that U.S. will experience Katrina. Or floodings and storms from other countries... The world will always distribute fairness. Karma will always be implemented fairly. But the sad thing is, their government can still sustain them,feed them and help them. But the poorer Nations? they will go into BANKRUPTCY! Its like killing them slowly.

"The future revealed is the future that is meant to be changed" Maybe we can have a use of this proverb. The future is being presented to us right now, also the signs. All we have to do is to do something. ANYTHING!

unplanned reunion

Ive been with my friends yesterday. Its an unplanned reunion of my 2006 college batch. But now were few, most are busy working.

It a very funny travel to one of our batch mates house, from a nearby province, it was long,with some bumpy roads and crowded seats. The party started late, we arrived at the house at 1 am. Some of my friend a already there...

We've been talking for some times and a nice conversation with my batch mates boyfriend created a good topic, He's working with the government right now. A new employee, I like his stories about the system inside the government, the kinds of people, the salary, the deals, how things are being decided, who to favor, the corruption of coarse!,... I feel blessed after hearing those stories that I am not IN the Government! I don't want to meddle to those complexities and situations.

The thing is, maybe what I want is ti be ON the government!?!

While looking for what to read next at the bookstore I saw an older man looking at the books of Robert Kiyosaki, He's maybe thinking to buy it or not.
Since I am in the same Book section He ask if I have am idea about the book. I said Yes, and explain to him some details about the RICH DAD series, we also have a brief discussion about the topic. He is a High paying Nautical Engineer maybe that's the connection, because my Father is also a Marine Eng.?
Well his name? ROBERT, kinda funny he shares the same name with the author. Anyway he went straight to the counter will 4 book in his hand 3 from the RICH DAD series and 1 from Napoleon Hill.
I hope He learn a lot with those books and not end up blaming me for waisting money on the books I recommended.

The other SIDE of RICE

The grain of RICE.

So small but is the source of life to Most. A source of income and Nutrition to many.

Now I see a lot of change about rice. They have now gone so little. People fights over them, to keep them from harm, to keep them from thieves and to keep them available to all.

I cannot live without it! It feeds my culture, society and great empires for thousands of years.

It was a source of life. It feeds humanity for generations!

But to produce just a single grain of Rice...sweat and even blood must first be shed!

Farmers put an entire life investments in growing RICE, only to be devastated by storm.

Farmers fight over water just to quench the hunger of its stalk to produce good grains!

People fights over lands just to keep the field in good growth.

People even die and kill just to keep the rice growing.

People go insane seeing their fields eaten by pest.

People dig the deepest well just to let the crops from drought.

People sacrifice their own homes as collateral just to gain ample credits to keep the field from pests and in well fertilized.

People go bankrupt because of a bad harvest

Skins were burn from the heat of a summer sun just to keep the rice to bloom

Sweats were shed to keep it in good shape

Great Rivers were altered to keep the water all year.

FARMERS continuous to do sacrifices and keep the RICE game to continue JUST to feed Us!

But are we worthy of their sacrifices?

I saw people waste it!
Throw it to garbage

Let it mold or be eaten by maggots!

Are we worthy of their sacrifices?

Are we the answer to their billions of daily pleadings just to keep the rice growing, so that you are satisfied from your hunger!

Are we worthy to receive it?

Are we worthy to EAT it?

We experience shortage of RICE to open our senses of its importance!

We will continuously experience shortage as long as there's still one of us who do not value its importance!

We will experience shortage for us to treasure the importance of something if taken away from us!

Its not easy to create the feasibility study as we were showned a copy of it. Now we try to contact a professional to make us our feasibility study, I know it would turn out well.
An information was sent to me. The DTI could only fund half of the Capital for us and they really require a collateral!
That's another problem to solve, we have a prospected contact to help us with this, Hope He agree.
Now, the plan is to have a Job at least a temporary one just to create us a trust fund for the registration of the business and other expenses to come. We are back to job hunting, BUT with a mindset of an owner...We will give a hundred % for this job! this could also build contacts and more future clients, We are open to all these challenges...Support us GOD.

A very good show from the CNN, Luxury was the topic. The most expensive Hotels, Restaurants, Cars, Watches, Jewelries and Gadgets.
How some the Luxury brands do today... The emerging Luxury good consumers like China, although the prices are higher than US, Europe and Japan their brands are Selling increasingly...Watches and jewelries that cost millions of dollars, filled with Diamonds. Jets and Cars that are overwhelmingly the best luxury could offer. Estates that makes you live like a King and Queen...It was the best sights and scenes about luxury...
Then a Commercial was aired...I haven,t noticed the show was over...
Another Headlines were showned, News about Food shortages from diff. parts of the world. A Mob in Tahiti attacking establisments just to steal some needed FOOD! Farmers in Thailand guarding their harvests with Guns! Lines of People in the Philippines just to get the Government's Rice subsidies...
How can many People of the world fight and even die just to get a Grain of food while the other few has a problem of HOW TO SPEND THEIR MONEY?

What are the things that they do to be a reverse of the luck of majority is a very good question to answer?

Actually, all of these information, ideas and philosophies, they are not an easy task to perform. And living with it and in it is though. You sometimes ask question Why do you have to subject yourself with those, wherein others thrive without knowing these? Yes we experienced failure! Our first business was gone! Yes gone! I am in debt at 24. And do you think its easy?
But you know what ,I understand that All of these, that these are just temporary feelings of trying to forget, just like forgetting the person you once love!
Its only now that I talk about these! Its now that I finally accepted my failure and now is the time to learn its lessons! But I ought great debt to these learning, that because of these, I know that there are better future ahead, of all the things and bad events that happened, these are the very words that keep me safe, from myself and others. Hill. I was only made to be more Interactive with more Authors to corroborate the importance and Efficiency of the Philosophy. A modern day testimony that every thing, Every thing that Happens on every Individual is just an Action Created from his Own thoughts.

Auto-suggestion: The Medium for Influencing the Subconscious Mind
The Third Step toward Riches

AUTO-SUGGESTION is a term which applies to all suggestions and all self-administered stimuli which reach one's mind through the five senses. Stated in another way, auto-suggestion is self-suggestion. It is the agency of communication between that part of the mind where conscious thought takes place, and that which serves as the seat of action for the subconscious mind.
Through the dominating thoughts which one permits to remain in the conscious mind, (whether these thoughts be negative or positive, is immaterial), the principle of auto-suggestion voluntarily reaches the subconscious mind and influences it with these thoughts.
NO THOUGHT, whether it be negative or positive, CAN ENTER THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND WITHOUT THE AID OF THE PRINCIPLE OF AUTO-SUGGESTION, with the exception of thoughts picked up from the ether. Stated differently, all sense impressions which are perceived through the five senses, are stopped by the CONSCIOUS thinking mind, and may be either passed on to the subconscious mind, or rejected, at will. The conscious faculty serves, therefore, as an outer-guard to the approach of the subconscious.
Nature has so built man that he has ABSOLUTE CONTROL over the material which reaches his subconscious mind, through his five senses, although this is not meant to be construed as a statement that man always EXERCISES this control. In the great majority of instances, he does NOT exercise it, which explains why so many people go through life in poverty.
Recall what has been said about the subconscious mind resembling a fertile garden spot, in which weeds will grow in abundance, if the seeds of more desirable crops are not sown therein. AUTOSUGGESTION is the agency of control through which an individual may voluntarily feed his subconscious mind on thoughts of a creative nature, or, by neglect, permit thoughts of a destructive nature to find their way into this rich garden of the mind.
You were instructed, in the last of the six steps described in the chapter on Desire, to read ALOUD twice daily the WRITTEN statement of your DESIRE FOR MONEY, and to SEE AND FEEL yourself ALREADY in possession of the money! By following these instructions, you communicate the object of your DESIRE directly to your SUBCONSCIOUS mind in a spirit of absolute FAITH. Through repetition of this procedure, you voluntarily create thought habits which are favorable to your efforts to transmute desire into its monetary equivalent.
Go back to these six steps described in chapter two, and read them again, very carefully, before you proceed further. Then (when you come to it), read very carefully the four instructions for the organization of your "Master Mind" group, described in the chapter on Organized Planning. By comparing these two sets of instructions with that which has been stated on auto-suggestion, you, of course, will see that the instructions involve the application of the principle of auto-suggestion.
Remember, therefore, when reading aloud the statement of your desire (through which you are endeavoring to develop a "money consciousness"), that the mere reading of the words is of NO CONSEQUENCE- UNLESS you mix emotion, or feeling with your words. If you repeat a million times the famous Emil Coue formula, "Day by day, in every way, I am getting better and better," without mixing emotion and FAITH with your words, you will experience no desirable results. Your subconscious mind recognizes and acts upon ONLY thoughts which have been well-mixed with emotion or feeling.
This is a fact of such importance as to warrant repetition in practically every chapter, because the lack of understanding of this is the main reason the majority of people who try to apply the principle of auto-suggestion get no desirable results. Plain, unemotional words do not influence the subconscious mind. You will get no appreciable results until you learn to reach your subconscious mind with thoughts, or spoken words which have been well emotionalized with BELIEF.
Do not become discouraged, if you cannot control and direct your emotions the first time you try to do so. Remember, there is no such possibility as SOMETHING FOR NOTHING. Ability to reach, and influence your subconscious mind has its price, and you MUST PAY THAT PRICE. You cannot cheat, even if you desire to do so. The price of ability to influence your subconscious mind is everlasting PERSISTENCE in applying the principles described here. You cannot develop the desired ability for a lower price. You, and YOU ALONE, must decide whether or not the reward for which you are striving (the "money consciousness"), is worth the price you must pay for it in effort.
Wisdom and "cleverness" alone, will not attract and retain money except in a few very rare instances, where the law of averages favors the attraction of money through these sources. The method of attracting money described here, does not depend upon the law of averages. Moreover, the method plays no favorites. It will work for one person as effectively as it will for another. Where failure is experienced, it is the individual, not the method, which has failed. If you try and fail, make another effort, and still another, until you succeed.
Your ability to use the principle of auto-suggestion will depend, very largely, upon your capacity to CONCENTRATE upon a given DESIRE until that desire becomes a BURNING OBSESSION. When you begin to carry out the instructions in connection with the six steps described in the second chapter, it will be necessary for you to make use of the principle of CONCENTRATION.
Let us here offer suggestions for the effective use of concentration. When you begin to carry out the first of the six steps, which instructs you to "fix in your own mind the EXACT amount of money you desire," hold your thoughts on that amount of money by CONCENTRATION, or fixation of attention, with your eyes closed, until you can ACTUALLY SEE the physical appearance of the money. Do this at least once each day. As you go through these exercises, follow the instructions given in the chapter on FAITH, and see yourself actually IN POSSESSION OF THE MONEY!
Here is a most significant fact—the subconscious mind takes any orders given it in a spirit of absolute FAITH, and acts upon those orders, although the orders often have to be presented over and over again, through repetition, before they are interpreted by the subconscious mind. Following the preceding statement, consider the possibility of playing a perfectly legitimate "trick" on your subconscious mind, by making it believe, because you believe it, that you must have the amount of money you are visualizing, that this money is already awaiting your claim, that the subconscious mind MUST hand over to you practical plans for acquiring the money which is yours.
Hand over the thought suggested in the preceding paragraph to your IMAGINATION, and see what your imagination can, or will do, to create practical plans for the accumulation of money through transmutation of your desire.
DO NOT WAIT for a definite plan, through which you intend to exchange services or merchandise in return for the money you are visualizing, but begin at once to see yourself in possession of the money, DEMANDING and EXPECTING meanwhile, that your subconscious mind will hand over the plan, or plans you need. Be on the alert for these plans, and when they appear, put them into ACTION IMMEDIATELY. When the plans appear, they will probably "flash" into your mind through the sixth sense, in the form of an "inspiration." This inspiration may be considered a direct "telegram," or message from Infinite Intelligence. Treat it with respect, and act upon it as soon as you receive it. Failure to do this will be FATAL to your SUCCESS.
In the fourth of the six steps, you were instructed to "Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire, and begin at once to put this plan into action." You should follow this instruction in the manner described in the preceding paragraph. Do not trust to your "reason" when creating your plan for accumulating money through the transmutation of desire. Your reason is faulty. Moreover, your reasoning faculty may be lazy, and, if you depend entirely upon it to serve you, it may disappoint you.
When visualizing the money you intend to accumulate, (with closed eyes), see yourself rendering the service, or delivering the merchandise you intend to give in return for this money. This is important!
SUMMARY OF INSTRUCTIONS
The fact that you are reading this book is an indication that you earnestly seek knowledge. It is also an indication that you are a student of this subject. If you are only a student, there is a chance that you may learn much that you did not know, but you will learn only by assuming an attitude of humility. If you choose to follow some of the instructions but neglect, or refuse to follow others—you will fail! To get satisfactory results, you must follow ALL instructions in a spirit of FAITH.
The instructions given in connection with the six steps in the second chapter will now be summarized, and blended with the principles covered by this chapter, as follows:

First. Go into some quiet spot (preferably in bed at night) where you will not be disturbed or interrupted, close your eyes, and repeat aloud, (so you may hear your own words) the written statement of the amount of money you intend to accumulate, the time limit for its accumulation, and a description of the service or merchandise you intend to give in return for the money. As you carry out these instructions, SEE YOURSELF ALREADY IN POSSESSION OF THE MONEY.

For example: Suppose that you intend to accumulate $50,000 by the first of January, five years hence, that you intend to give personal services in return for the money, in the capacity of a salesman. Your written statement of your purpose should be similar to the following: "By the first day of January, 20.., I will have in my possession $150,000, which will come to me in various amounts from time to time during the interim. "In return for this money I will give the most efficient service of which I am capable, rendering the fullest possible quantity, and the best possible quality of service in the capacity of salesman of …(describe the service or merchandise you intend to sell).
"I believe that I will have this money in my possession. My faith is so strong that I can now see this money before my eyes. I can touch it with my hands. It is now awaiting transfer to me at the time, and in the proportion that I deliver the service I intend to render in return for it. I am awaiting a plan by which to accumulate this money, and I will follow that plan, when it is received."

Second. Repeat this program night and morning until you can see, (in your imagination) the money you intend to accumulate.

Third. Place a written copy of your statement where you can see it night and morning, and read it just before retiring, and upon arising until it has been memorized.

Remember, as you carry out these instructions, that you are applying the principle of auto-suggestion, for the purpose of giving orders to your subconscious mind. Remember, also, that your subconscious mind will act ONLY upon instructions which are emotionalized, and handed over to it with "feeling." FAITH is the strongest, and most productive of the emotions.

These instructions may, at first, seem abstract. Do not let this disturb you. Follow the instructions, no matter how abstract or impractical they may, at first, appear to be. The time will soon come, if you do as you have been instructed, in spirit as well as in act, when a whole new universe of power will unfold to you.
Skepticism, in connection with ALL new ideas, is characteristic of all human beings. But if you follow the instructions outlined, your skepticism will soon be replaced by belief, and this, in turn, will soon become crystallized into ABSOLUTE FAITH. Then you will have arrived at the point where you may truly say, "I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul!
Many philosophers have made the statement, that man is the master of his own earthly destiny, but most of them have failed to say why he is the master. The reason that man may be the master of his own earthly status, and especially his financial status, is thoroughly explained in this chapter. Opening an old book brings memories this time literally written on its page, letters and numbers Ive written long ago ( information about an old Artist, a contact number and some words I can hardly read...).

Back in college my favorite Rock Station came up with a Thursday night Radio Show. A Show not typical for a Rock Station, it talks all about optimism,determination,inspiration,interviews with successful persons mostly non related to Rock, entrepreneurs and some related topics ( maybe to balance or compensate the negative and morbid connotation to most Rock Musicians, Lyrics and Music...).

The next night an old lady is on air,"Inday" as she call herself, She started PAINTING AT THE AGE of 60,became in Love with the art and painted masterpieces. Every time people ask her about the meaning of her works or give the inspirations behind, she laugh and answer " LOOK AT THE PICTURE AND LET IT SPEAK FOR HERSELF,LOOK AT THE PICTURE AND LET IT SPEAK FOR ITSELF...many times.... I never forget those words and plan to meet her,talk to her and have her Autograph...I took my assignment and devised my plan. I got an information about an art exhibit that she will be there...But I never met her either.

After few months the Radio Hosts announced a letter of gratitude to INDAY................................. and condolences to her family............

Maybe it was her own way of saying "LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND YOU ARE LOOKING AT ME". An Artist and Inspiration INDAY.

I've just finished the book. An old Chinese writing...A Very interesting book,with 13 chapters, it all talks about the ethics, philosophy, management and about winning a WAR. The Information are old and classic, but like reading a newspaper the topics, problems, tactics and situations are almost the same? Do people evolve or grow? Maybe just prove that history repeat itself. These are thousand year old writings but can still relate in modern society, the books recommendations can still be applied, in business,politics,family,warfare and other matters, a good leadership manual..but reading it once may not gain it entire meanings...
